Οι Χρυσές Σφαίρες 2022 ήταν μία βραδιά που δεν αντιστοιχεί στην αίγλη του κινηματογράφου και του Hollywood.
Οι Χρυσές Σφαίρες 2022 ήταν διαφορετικές από κάθε άλλη χρονιά. Δεν ευθύνεται μόνο ο covid για τις περίεργες συνθήκες με τις οποίες πραγματοποιήθηκε η βραδιά, αλλά και όλη η κριτική που έχει δεχθεί η διοργάνωση. Η πρώτη “λαμπερή” βραδιά του έτους για τον κινηματογράφο και το Hollywood έγινε χωρίς κοινό, χωρίς κόκκινο χαλί και χωρίς καμία αίγλη που να αντιπροσωπεύει την τέχνη και τους καλλιτέχνες.
Ηθοποιοί, κανάλια, συντελεστές και εταιρίες δημοσιών σχέσεων αποσύρουν τη συμμετοχή τους και κατακρίνουν δημόσια τη Hollywood Foreign Press Association, για την αντιμετώπιση της σε κοινωνικά θέματα. Ακόμα και αν η έναρξη των events δεν έγινε όπως αναμέναμε δε σημαίνει ότι δεν πρέπει να τιμηθούν οι νικητές για τη συμβολή και το ταλέντο τους.
